  • Inside Sales
    We are growing quickly and eager to expand our team with motivated individuals who have a track record of success. As a member of our Inside Sales Team, your role will be challenging and rewarding. You will be the primary contact with our customers, providing WOW service and helpful sales assistance as we work to earn their business and a lifetime relationship. On this fast paced team, you will become familiar with all parts of our business and have opportunities to grow and develop. As the customer's liaison, you will represent them to other departments in the company. Occasionally, you will serve external customers on behalf of the business. You will enjoy competitive pay and benefits with bonus potential.

    As an Inside Sales Representative, you will assist customers with product and purchase decisions; answer, assist, and direct all incoming calls, correspondence, and night messages; process orders by phone, web, email, and fax; and upsell, cross sell, and follow up on warm sales leads. The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, helpfulness, and a passion for customer care. Travel to Trade Shows overnight is required and an ability to create appealing visual displays is a plus. Candidates with a college degree or a HS graduate with 5 years sales, customer service or call center experience will be considered. Proficiency is MS Word and Excel is required.   • Warehouse Operations Manager
    Primitives By Kathy is the #1 wholesaler of giftware and home d├ęcor to nationwide retail stores. We are growing quickly and are eager to expand our team with motivated individuals who have a track record of success. We have an opportunity for a Warehouse Operations Manager to provide leadership in a fast paced, wholesale distribution center located in Lancaster's Greenfield Industrial Park. The position, reporting to the VP of Operations, includes coordination of all warehouse activities to ensure the effective and economical fulfillment of orders. Responsibilities include the ability to maintain accurate inventory control, PO tracking, container logistics, workflow optimization and the ability to forecast and adjust to the fluidity of the business.

    Currently, the 120,000 SF warehouse runs 1st shift with a staff of approximately 50 employees. The successful candidate will have 5+ years’ related experience, a Bachelors Degree, and advanced proficiency in MS Office and Excel. APICS certification preferred (CPIM or CSCP).   • FT Showroom Clerk

We are growing quickly and are eager to expand our team with motivated individuals who have a track record of success. As a member of our Showroom Team, your role will be challenging and rewarding. You will be the primary contact with our customers, providing WOW service and helpful sales assistance as we work to earn their business and a lifetime relationship.

    As a Showroom Clerk, you will greet customers upon arrival; be available to them to answer questions; promote special sales and events to customers while they are shopping with us and you will utilize sales software to process transactions quickly and accurately. In addition, you will assist with picking, packing and invoicing retail and replacement orders for the company as well as work in the replenishment area to receive and put away the new merchandise that is delivered daily. The ability to build attractive displays featuring innovative ways for our customers to display our products in their own stores is another responsibility of a Showroom Clerk.

    Successful candidates will be energized, customer oriented professionals with exemplary sales experience and customer service skills. The ability to use basic tools such as a drill and hammer, lift 60 pounds, and work with a smile is necessary. You will enjoy competitive pay and benefits.   • Creative Services Traffic Manager
    We are growing quickly and are eager to expand our team with motivated individuals who have a track record of success. As a member of our Creative Services Team, your role will be challenging and rewarding. You will be providing WOW service through your work managing communication between the Creative Services design team and internal customers. On this fast paced team, you will become familiar with all parts of our business and have opportunities to grow and develop. As a Traffic Manager, you will represent the department to other departments in the company.

    The Traffic Manager’s primary responsibilities will be to open department jobs, prepare job folders, assign project tracking numbers and issue project briefs; create and review schedules to ensure work is completed within established timeline utilizing appropriate talent and ensuring even workload distribution; communicate assignments and deadlines to staff; re-evaluate priorities and adjust as needed; meet with appropriate stakeholders to gather necessary assets and required approvals; prepare production estimates based on input from Creative Director and other team members; conduct morning meetings as required to review/assign tasks and produce reports and provide data driven insight for improved departmental efficiency and quality.

    Qualified candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, helpfulness, and passion for creativity, proficiency in Microsoft Word and Adobe Creative Suite, proven understanding working in both traditional and digital and demonstrated experience recognizing standards of design and production values for print and digital. An Associate’s degree in a related field, 5 years’ experience in ad agency, internal marketing or similar environment and intimate knowledge of online project management tools (Workfront preferred) is required.   • Product Director

As a member of our Creative Services Team, your role will be challenging and rewarding. You will be in contact with both internal and external customers, providing WOW service and helpful assistance as we work to earn their business and a lifetime relationship. On this fast paced team, you will become familiar with all parts of our business and have opportunities to grow and develop. As the CEO's Creative liaison, you will represent her to other departments in the company. Occasionally, you will serve external customers on behalf of the business.     Summary: In collaboration with the CEO, the Product Director is responsible for front end product development to satisfy customer requests including research and follow through to include communication of clear design direction to graphic design team. In addition, the PD assists with the product development process by clarifying session notes from the sales team meetings with clients and seeks to deliver products that meet client expectations and acts as a facilitator for product development projects for both internal and external customers by answering and or seeking answers to questions/concerns from vendors.
