Our Company
Primitives by Kathy is a fast-growing wholesale company providing home décor and gifts to retail stores nationwide. We pride ourselves on creativity, innovation and relationships local and national artist to create and deliver over 8,000 unique products to more than 100,000 worldwide customers. We value creativity in all forms and empower our team to become experts in their craft to continue to deliver on promises to our customers and give back through volunteerism with our 501(c)(3) Kathy’s Circle of Friends.
Between our 800+ page catalog, three permanent showrooms in Atlanta, Las Vegas and Dallas and original product development – we are the wholesaler of choice for retailers across the country.

The Marketing Graphic Designer is an integral part of the Marketing department, responsible for developing compelling visual materials that support brand awareness, product launches, sales initiatives, digital campaigns, and customer engagement.
We are seeking a talented and creative Marketing Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will focus on branding, print design, and creating promotional graphics. Additionally, you will assist with social media and digital content creation to help elevate our brand's visual identity across various platforms. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, innovative, and has a strong understanding of design principles, marketing strategies, and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

The Director of Marketing is an integral leader within the organization, responsible for shaping and advancing the company’s marketing strategy to support brand awareness, product launches, sales initiatives, digital campaigns, and customer engagement across wholesale, retail, and e-commerce channels.
We are seeking a strategic, creative, and results-driven Director of Marketing to join our team. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of integrated marketing initiatives across digital, social media, email, print, tradeshows, showrooms, and other key channels to elevate the brand and drive business growth. You will also oversee performance analytics, customer insights, and emerging marketing technologies, including AI-enabled tools that enhance efficiency, personalization, content development, and campaign effectiveness. The ideal candidate is an innovative and collaborative leader with strong marketing expertise, analytical capabilities, and the ability to guide a team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Account Manager-Mid-Tier & Specialty Retail Accounts
The Key Account Manager (KAM) is responsible for developing and growing Primitives by Kathy’s partnerships with mid-tier national retailers and specialty accounts across a range of retail channels, including regional grocery chains, department stores, off-price retailers, and specialty gift and home décor retailers.
This includes accounts such as Meijer, Kroger, regional grocery banners, department store groups, and off-price retailers such as TJX, HomeGoods, and Marshalls, as well as other mid-tier national and regional retailers.
This role is ideal for a relationship-driven sales professional who thrives in a creative, entrepreneurial environment and understands how to align product, presentation, and partnership to deliver mutual success. The KAM will manage both day-to-day account activity and long-term growth strategy, collaborating closely with PBK’s internal teams to deliver compelling assortments, strong sell-through, and operational excellence.

Picker Packer
Are you a self-motivated and independent worker, and like to be on the move? Consider joining our Warehouse team! Our Picker / Packer position is an order filler in our warehouse and is responsible for completely and correctly pulling customer orders and delivering them to the delivery platform in a manner that meets company standards for safety, accuracy, and productivity. This is a first shift position. The ideal candidate must be able to work overtime as needed. Regular Work Hours: Monday -Friday 6:30 AM to 3 PM (overtime as needed)
